Hello, On microsoft 365 where you sign on it shows previous sign on names. Id like to remove one of them that was an ex boyfriend of my daughters. Oddly enought under my account i can see some of his files. Is it because he opened them while under my account but signed in to his? Can he see my files when he signs on to his account?

Unable to get Outlook to configure with TDS e-mail . I had my email account in Outlook (new). Then, suddenly I had to sign in. I was unable to do so after many attempts. Contact with TDS was a no go. I spoke with someone at Just Answer and that person was unable to help me. That person deleted my TDS account from Outlook.

Outlook suddenly asked for password for first time since I first set up PC in Dec 2024. Password correctly entered many times (checked it every time before submitting it - Caps Lock off so that's not the issue) but I keep getting 'Sign In Failed'.
